Originally from Poland, Milena Dlugi brings an international perspective and diverse professional experience spanning the legal, higher education, business, and nonprofit sectors. Throughout her career, she has supported organizational operations, coordinated projects, strengthened internal processes, and worked closely with leaders and teams to turn priorities into action.

At IHDF Milwaukee, Milena supports operations, board administration, employee onboarding, internal systems, and special projects. She works across different areas of the organization to strengthen processes, improve communication, and ensure that important priorities move forward. She is committed to building clear, effective systems that strengthen collaboration and allow the organization to remain focused on serving the Foundation’s Scholars and their families.

Milena holds a master’s degree in administration. She has continued her professional development through the Professional Certificate in Business Essentials from the MSOE, the Emotional Intelligence for Leaders UWM–Madison and the Effective Communications and Human Relations program from Dale Carnegie. She values continuous learning and believes that education, opportunity, and consistent support can create meaningful and lasting change.
